Montego Babes Ltd. values your business and is committed to providing honest and straightforward services. This policy outlines the terms regarding payments, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and order modifications, emphasizing that fees are non-recurring, payments for services are typically non-refundable, and customers are responsible for reviewing payment details, with additional provisions for disputes, missed discounts, and pharmacy-related concerns.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
No Membership Fees or Ongoing Charges
We do not impose any recurring fees or membership costs. You are free to stop using our services at any time without any financial obligations or penalties.
Medication Orders
Refunds for medication orders are not available once the order has been submitted to the pharmacy. As we operate independently from the pharmacies we work with, we cannot intervene in their processes. Once payment is finalized, the order is processed, and cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated. Any concerns about your medication should be directed to the pharmacy handling your order.
Virtual Services and Refills
Payments for virtual consultations or refill requests are final and non-refundable. Internal processing begins immediately upon payment, which may include review by a provider. No charges will apply for future consultations or refills unless you specifically request and pay for them.
Appointment Cancellations
Phone consultation cancellations may qualify for a partial refund, subject to our scheduling policy. Refunds are not available for virtual or electronic consultations once submitted.
Payment Errors
If you accidentally submit payment, we will work with you to issue a refund, provided no processing has started. You will be responsible for any transaction fees associated with the refund. Please review your payment details carefully to avoid duplicate charges.
Transaction Fees for Refunds
If a refund is approved, any processing fees charged by the payment provider will not be refunded, as these fees are non-recoverable.
Unauthorized Disputes
Filing an invalid chargeback may result in the debt being sent to collections. A $75 USD fee will also apply for each improper dispute. You will have 30 days to resolve any outstanding balance before further action is taken, and notification will be sent to the email you provided. Until the matter is resolved, your account will be restricted, and no new orders can be processed.
Multiple Chargebacks
If more than one invalid chargeback is filed, we will no longer process any future orders on your account, even if the disputes are later resolved.
No Adjustments After Payment
Once payment has been submitted, we cannot modify medication orders. While we may attempt adjustments in rare cases of significant need, changes cannot be guaranteed. Orders already sent to the pharmacy are final. All adjustments, if any, are at the discretion of your healthcare provider, as prescriptions are subject to their professional judgment.
